I visited WellMed Bangkok Clinic while I was feeling unwell and was truly impressed by the level of care I received. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. I asked ChatGPT what’s the nearest clinic in my area that is expat-friendly and this clinic was the top option. Probably cause it is easy to communicate with everyone. From the check-in, nurses, and doctors! Dr. Chorput was very thorough on her explanation and very accommodating to my questions, too. A special shoutout to Ace, who made my visit extra smooth and comfortable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and caring. Communication has been smooth with Ace whether in Thai, English, or even Filipino! It really made me feel at home, despite being in a foreign country. Thank you so much! Very impressive service. I contacted the Clinic via Line to inquire on a medicine which I have been using. The response was prompt and professional. The staff on the Line efficiently and efficiently answered all my inquires; and promptly arranged an online consultation meeting with the doctor the next morning (as I contacted them at 6-ish in the evening). The clinic has its own software for online consultation which is very efficient and user-friendly. The doctor is good and recommended me another medicine (which is a newer and improved version of what I had been using). The clinic staff immediately followed up for me on the delivery of the medicine right after the consultation. The whole experience was great - with caring and super super efficient service and the communication had all along been smooth. Truly impressed ! Five stars 🌟 for sure ~ PL L

Very modern looking clinic with state of the art medical equipment, reasonable pricing and English speaking staff who were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I sprained my ankle so they did an examination with the help of an on-screen doctor, prescribed some medicine (they can help you deliver it to your home) and even poured me some nice coffee free of charge. They provide home service as well. I can’t recommend this clinic enough and I’ll definitely visit it again! ~ Damon K

I’m so glad I chose the HealthDeliver Clinic in Bangkok! Even as a walk-in, I was welcomed and served right away. The clinic was very clean, and the staff, nurses, and doctors were professional with excellent English communication. I needed IV antibiotics and received quick, efficient care at a very reasonable price. They even provided a medical certificate to help with my insurance claim when I was back in the USA. This place was incredible. I had just arrived in Bangkok from the US and needed an appointment for my third rabies vaccine. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The staff was professional, the facilities were clean and modern, and they even offered me a cup of tea when I arrived. I recently went to Thailand on a vacation and forgot to bring one of my medicines with me. The place was recommended to my by a friend and I must admit, their great nurses here are good at communicating with patients. Convenient clinic near the Phrom Pong BTS, a short 10ish minute walk. They offer several services. I initially went for wound care on my foot. The staff speak English very well, are professional and yet friendly a rare combination. Initially I did not have an appointment and was seen right away as there was zero wait. Highly recommend if you are in the area. They are located on the second floor above a Tops market, easy to locate. ~ Michael K

I went to the new location in Phrom Phong Soi 24 and walked in without any appointment. I had bloodwork and allergy testing done and it was fast and super efficient. The staff is very friendly, everyone speaks English very well and they have a wide variety of packages and options available. Wellness checkups are a must if you are traveling in Thailand, much faster and cheaper than in North America. Highly recommended ~ Ty B

I highly recommended this clinic, especially when it comes to excellent services. All this is possible when you have excellent nurses, with communication skills and care that constitutes the best experience between the patient and the nurse. What's the most exciting thing? The blood tests were cheap, refilling medication wasn't complicated and they could also do house services too. ~ Earvin R

Very professional and courteous. I went to have an extensive amount of blood work done to check my levels. I had to fast so I went at 8 am and I had results early that afternoon. I absolutely recommend them for their professionalism, careful treatment and consideration and a very reasonable price. The new clinic on Soi 24 is very convenient for anyone living around Phrom Pong. It’s an easy walk from the BTS station, and it also has parking. The staff is very friendly and speak good English. The whole process from communicating on the Line app to the service in the clinic was easy and efficient. My go to place for blood tests. 😊 ~ Sofia C
